Isabelle Pelling

Isabelle managed to get hired into a technical role with no programming experience (like magic) and has since learnt 3 different programming languages. (And is still employed 3 years later)

Despite Isabelle being the youngest full time hire in the studio at the time, she now has the expertise and confidence to keep a VFX pipeline running by herself.

Isabelle was once playing a GTA5 game with the musician Newton Faulkner and his brother on stream and another player recognised her from a Bungie community focus. They then proceeded to spend the rest of the game shouting down mic and team killing her in front of the very confused musician brothers.

Isabelle successfully negotiated a higher salary in 2021 without crying
